The name of the guest house ‘Skoti’ means ‘a hole’ and is named after the area Skoti Phola where it’s situated. Skoti Guest House is a registered, 2 star graded establishment in Rocklands Township, Bloemfontein.

It is situated in a quiet and safe environment. We offer stylish and comfortable accommodation at reasonable prices. Skoti Guest House prides itself on a warm, professional and excellent service to customers and maintains cleanliness at all times.

Skoti Guest House provides a unique township culture and is 100% black owned. Six people have been appointed; three permanent and three casual staff. Equity is maintained at all times and six appointed employees consist of four females and two males. Staff Training has been provided through the assistance of TEP and Department of Tourism on marketing, customer relations, tourism and hospitality.

Facilities: Five deluxe rooms with TV, en-suite bathrooms and safe parking for six cars.
